Three types of environmental labels to indicate environmentally friendly products have been or are currently under discussion by the International Organization for Standardization ISO The Ricoh group has been actively promoting the use of these labels to help our customers which are concerned with the conservation of the environment.
A third party organization specifies standards for products environmentally for Type I Certification Label Ricoh is actively working on the certification of their products to these environmental labels.
The type labels I Eco Mark Japan, Germany Blue Angel, Canada EcoLogo Program The Thai Green Label Scheme Thailand Environmental Choice New Zealand New Zealand China Environmental Labeling Plan Ten Circle Mark China Green Mark Taiwan and Singapore Green Label.
Type II labels indicate an environmental statement made by the manufacturer themselves, without third party assessment Ricoh has set up company standards on recyclable design, parts reuse rate, recovery system recovery resources, and environmental safety products that meet these standards bear a label Ricoh recycling at shipment from the factory.
