Okinawa Hai Me My Big XII PCS Recycle your car Okinawa Hai

Okinawa - Must do things in Japan # 39; Island City - Smart Travel: Episode 23

Three things that this post was going to be about until exhaustion hit me in the ear.
Our last deployment has begun and is groovy, hum-drum and exasperating in one tidy ball I think I threw out the window or left in the car or something.
Henry has an upcoming field trip to the Brewery Orion with its day care D-A-Y-C-A-R-E B-R-E-W-E-R-Y I do not know which equals I could be more fun as I'm concerned.
Maltsby may be on the way back through the impressive ness of awesome people.

But seriously, who cares Why expose yourself to the minutiae of my life when I can say on this car, we recycled for enough money to pay my own set Koinobori Noren and that I was on Coveted Murasaki Mura Now it is something to do hot and bothered about the water cooler.
For three years now I have seen signs of how local dealers JUNK vehicles for free and I thought it was cool because junk food is certainly what our cars have become and junking is in order because the bad karma we would accrue if we tried to sell these vehicles would not bother and a large trash can, like a car, would cost a lot to put out the garbage day, so I'm thinking about the future and ready to get our cars scrapped What a deal for free, I think.
It turns out that you can get paid to recycle your car instantly My guess is that these concessions JUNK your car for free recycling your car for the money that could be yours I do not know the true art, but otherwise why would they want your free junk car.
Honda Civic Joe was laid to rest last week but we didn t he JUNK Recycled us it sounds a little better than junking anyway, wouldn t you say and we paid money for her 47,000 yen Joe said that was based on weight and has nothing to do with the state of the car that was permanently assigned ratings of R Then he got money from the insurance company and our JCI above five hundred dollars later we re a car down and we had barely interact with humans to start no ads on Japan update, no phone calls or negotiations with all the contenders, no false promises about how it is not just a big piece of broken aluminum.

This list HOW TO RECYCLE YOUR CAR was sent to Joe And now I pass it to you Author Author unknown doubled our pockets If I had an idea that was author, I pledge to organize my bookshelves.
If your car is undesirable and should be discarded, RECYCLE instead.
The below by the number can take about 2 to 3 hours of your time, depending on the speed at which you move However, if I'm on Okinawa, I'll never turn my junk vehicle to Typhoon Motors because you will not receive nothing by recycling your vehicle for you My vehicle, improper Toyota Surf engine gave me a return of 00 800 by making these steps myself.
Drive the tow vehicle to the recycling center following directions.
Go south on the road Naha 58 Make a right turn as if you go in the door Kinser 4 Esso station on the right side.
Go past the first set of traffic lights down the hill on the right you will see a yellow tan warehouse between two warehouses is the entrance.

Once you enter, about 75 meters you will see a huge balance left Drive your vehicle on the scale.
There will be a beep once your vehicle has been weighed Once you are finished, you will be directed to another garage.
Once you get your car in the garage site, there is where you turn on your vehicle then you will receive your license plates 2 and your sticker off road windshield Remember to this point, you no longer have the vehicle, so make sure that all personal items are out.
Take plates, road vignette, paperwork registering Foster Veh and all your documents from your vehicle to where you got the car weighed in Bldg Go through the sliding doors.

Once inside, civil call you for your signature and address on a sheet of paper They will then pay you in yen based on the weight of your vehicle It can take about 15-20 minutes.
Take all your documents you have on hand to include materials recycling CNTR, license plate sticker and road and return to the registration office vehicle at Camp Foster hand the staff behind the counter your documents.
They will then direct you to a counter on the right side of the same office space bldg There they characterize some of your documents and you must pay a fee of 1,000 yen for your vehicle based delisted They accept that Yen.
Again, all items plaques, stickers, paper, etc. from the Office for land transport LTO that you spent when you went to the recycling center here are directions.

Do the same right turn as if you go to the recycling center Esso station, but this time, you turn right at the first stop light you will see a sign above the fire bed street Land Transportation Office.
Follow the road down for about 200 meters until you come to BIG there are some small ones open parking near the end of the road, turn left into the lot.
You'll know you're in the correct parking because you will see a type of garage Bldg with stands directly in front of you numbered.
To the left of it you will see a marked Bldg with LTO Go inside.
Once inside, ask for some time you head against D It will turn you in your license plates They keep the license plates and stamp your documents You will be responsible for reporting the status SOFA military against, 2 .

A 2 against, you put all your documents they'll return what they do not need back to you they too will stamp of your documents Here is the counter where you actually receive original-registration documents that clears your name out of this title is very important to keep this check until you actually leave Okinawa.
Once you are done with the 2 meter, you will be responsible for reporting to a separate Bldg behind the pack and you report your repayment Center from road tax.
Here, they pay you to be a part of your road tax Yen proportional to the last time you paid road tax, or in my case, I had to pay one month's tax road because my car was having on need tax on the road in May
Take all that remains paperwork you might have your AIU Insurance Company, ACE, etc. Then they will void your insurance policy for the vehicle JCI, again proportional American insurance at the last paid for these and you pay a rear part.
You can check with the registration of vehicles in Foster about a week later and check to see if everything was cleared up for you on this vehicle This may sound a little inconvenience and other conduct, but it was worth the penalty for a vehicle that I would not be able to sell.
EDITOR'S NOTE June 2012 after originally gave Directions to the registration office of Foster vehicle as the first step, we were informed that this is not correct and have removed this information from this post.

For the sake of posterity, we left this universally euphoric, terrified, confused, what I'm doing series on Okinawa Hai On most other posts in this series, we've closed comments; However, this position is full still relevant and useful information Please read the comments below and thank you for joining us on this trip.
I used the instructions in this post to my junk vehicle Kinser They t begin until 0830, so if you are early you will have to wait and you can see them doing their morning exercises I have an MPV and was mazda paid 252.45 yen today 17 rate is a Japanese holiday so I paid my insurance company 2500 yen to complete the rest of the process and I'm going back on Friday to get my tax refund on the road Kinser recycling center workers are really friendly and helpful, and some of their English speaking skills are amazing very simple process.

I went there today and let me say, I SUPER EASY does the recycling center and VRO if lunch time was approaching and I was not going to do it in time and my children were coming home soon so I went after came back from lunch, I love that steps are broken which makes it easy I was afraid he was not going to be as easy as the directions seemed frustrated and I would end but it was I got 35,000 yen for the car my husband flooding inside every time it rains Ideal for adventures off the base before our time comes here late this summer Thanks for the advice.

Anyone know specific instructions to the car lot Recycle Kinser outside the door 4 I see a junk yard on the left side of the road as you leave Kinser outside gate 4 is that good.
I just recycle my 1997 Estima Van today I received 33948 Y Y 23 kg I also received Y 12700 declaration of road it was worth the trip to recycle down to the recycling center outside the Kinser side door stops everyone was very helpful and certainly made it worthwhile to do it by myself the only charge I Y 200 was incurred at the recycling center and Y 1000 to deregister Foster was much easier than I thought and I appreciate everyone's input.
Hey Jason, did you use the Meredith instructions on this article or which direction you go to the one on Kinser curious because I might have to try this Kinser Thanks.
I just made with this process, the recycling part is easy, the LTO office is a little confusing in the Start window 1 Then GoTo number Building D Building 2 Window 2 he did once walk out the door behind you and enter building 9 on the street seeking reimbursement of road tax.

Insurance reimbursement is a bit confusing with ACE if you got the hobby shop service on Kadena they moved to the pizza inn outside Door 1 Make sure they see the certificate register or they will ask some additional letters.
I work at the registration desk of the vehicle and we had a lot of FWE people come to our office as the first step this information is false and could I ask that it be removed or corrected so that people do not lose their time.
My mother never led in Okinawa save two short months she had a huge old beater car that a family in the development of our home base out, Morgan Manor, it sold for 25 years when they moved statements to the car was the most horrible thing I've ever seen in my life and on its last legs but for two months, she had a car and was the talk of Morgan Manor Morgan Manor speaking, is, it still there, I think it was near Kadena Circle or out of Kadena Circle maybe in Yomitan.
Update I went with Toma Garage 1002-2 Yara Kadena I guess it depends on where you are going and I was told that there were 2 right in front of the other just to the outside Kadena, but went to the one with the figure dressed outside their parking It seemed easy enough, but I guess I did not do it the way I thought I had my truck towed Toma s can tow you, but you have to escort them, so Auto Hobby has done for me, I went to Toma's garage and he explained that he needed five signed and stamped papers and 1 carbon copy and another with just two signatures filled the names on the papers, he gave me a return estimate I went to the registration of vehicles on Foster and got 5 pages stamped went back garage Toma and he examined me gave 2- 3 more papers to sign on and said he would do the rest for 1 Toyota Hi-Ace 992, I received Y31,500 I asked him about the plates and stickers and he said it that I'm not really sure what to do next I wait a few days and callus vehicle registration of Foster to see if everything was cleared so I can start looking for a new vehicle It took me 2-3 hours bc I don t have exact POA, but I'm sure have been faster had my name was on the vehicle It's my experience at least for those who just want and still does with Toma s seems to be a lucky G easier route.

Just recycled my little car Toyota Spacio recycling center near the door Hang a right Kadena Gate 1 straight road until you get to the dealership with the image of Aladdin on your left and Overpass pedestrian to your left at the light after the overpass and go straight to the Kadena fence will be on your right and you will be in the direction of the ocean you will run directly into the recycling center the scale is right then told me to take the stickers plates and tried to send me on my way so I had to say, you pay me for the car, then they took the weight of my paper work JCI didn t bother with the scale that I had shot and paid me 21,500Yen should have been 22 per kilogram, but they also pay me a small fee 2nd person something they give you a piece of paper with instructions on how to e junk food t deregister your car in English, it doesn t say anything about them pay you for the nice car Unfortunately, my car was not going to make the drive to the recycling center by Kinser, otherwise I would have gone there looks out there that you will get more and they are honest There Sá holiday, while Foster is closed, but I plan on remaining directions deregister and hopefully get some money for my tax on the road, and JCI insurance will post if something is different then indicated above.
In May when we recycled our car, the above steps haven t changed sides Step 1 You do not need to go through the registration of all vehicles, we pulled our car directly recycling center part LTO may seem a little confused with all the buildings and windows, but there are signs in English and people there helped us navigate to where we needed to go as for those who aren t military, I suppose you begin the process in the same way, but go where ever you registered your car instead of going to the registration of vehicles based.
I work on this process and I need to understand the steps Guess now I will be making some calls, but if anyone knows please let on and after if I can do, I'll see a update on the display.
Does anyone know how this process works for those of us not in the military I hope to do my own process.
I consider quickly recycled as well, simply because I do not know if I can sell it before JCI is due and I left the island 1 week later.

We are on the junk point our car a few weeks Most of these comments are from 6 months are out there or more recent changes in this process I should know.
For anyone interested in doing this, we recycled one of our cars today Although there is a place by Kadena where you can recycle your car, I would not recommend t because they offered only 6000 We took our car to one by Kinser and got us to our little 28215 YRV the rate was 33 per kilo We checked several places that recycle and also by the Kinser no longer pays.
I'm about junk developed a Delica also so I'll keep everyone posted on how it goes for us.
This information was right on time, thank you all for keeping it current with updates.

I recycle my Honda Legend 101223 and received Y33 per kg was released to Y47,200 00; 570 00 for the current yen rate I looked in as junking the car had many problems in the year and a half, I had, I was quoted by B and M EZ Car 60 00 for them to pick him up.
It is definitely worth the time to do it yourself.
I just scrapped my Delica today and the process was ridiculously easy, I went to the recycling center outside Kadena Gate 1 and gave 40,000 for after a quick trip to the office Foster Veh, LTO, my place of assurance that we've got a little more in our pocket 66,000Y the process didn t take more than 2 1 2 o'clock he really worth the time of your junk car yourself rather than paying for someone's do for you.
We just scrapped a car yesterday and it was very easy in case someone needs things to be super accurate, like me, and this may have already been mentioned, but the tour of the recycling center is located between the two major driving tanning and buildings across the metal floor next to a building is right in front of the scale the ladies at the counter of the scale are very helpful and direct you to it must do.
We have about 200 for our small car Toyota Starlet.
Some changes to the position that I have known today mostly the original post really helped me as I followed word for word, however, there are some changes I'd like to share.

First, you no longer have the vehicle registration for all the papers that I headed directly to the recycling center first and then return to the vehicle registration for the latter to the second stage.
Finally, the fourth step to take your plates for the construction LTO 1 hour window D 0800-1700 Then go to the construction of 2 hours SOFA military status counter are between 0800-1600.
On the sidelines, you can transfer your own tracks to counter if you sell your vehicle and save your buyer 30 00.
Once you are done with the SOFA against the rest of the post is right on Thanks for the great message that I received for my Toyota Y24,470 Y20 Feildtourer better then letting a junk dealer for you.
I just wanted to post an update to these comments because I had read that it might not be worth Junking your car I am pleased to announce today that we scrapped the car my husband and received 200 why it was smaller, sedan type of car presea it was worth to us, although when we arrived at check Foster vehicle he was 11: 45 pm and the person was served until December 30 we had to wait for them to open emergency and then take the documents down to the land transportation Office also step 1 can be ignored bc you do not need to get all the papers in the office registation first vehicle Go directly to the recycling center first.

Helped a friend recycle his car today His car weighed about the same as mine did when I recycle this past summer, I'm 00 400 for my car, she got 80 00 great changes since the end of the Olympic Games in China .
I just called the towing company to know how much it would cost to tow our truck to the recycling location They said that it is more worthwhile to do yourself the value has dropped at least 8 times for scrap, he said it was apparently because of the Olympics now that China does not need junk to build not worth recycling this TOTALLY strolled me as I was hoping to get at least 400 for my van bestial, but now seems that I will be lucky to get a few hundred and of course, it had to be the worst possible time now my surfing is having problems.
We recycled our Toyota Noah today Apparently a lot has changed - First of all, you can go outside Miyagi Gate 1 You do not need an attorney to take your car, you POA must if you want your insurance company to do the work for you, we had our insurance agency Kadena 18 FPM HR services and do the leg work for us, it costs 30 to have them do for you another agency with a GI Billpay wanted 40 to do it, so other organizations can be more or less, it will take months for us to recover our money, I'm not sure this is because of the holidays or our agency is dragging their feet, so now the really bad news scrap entered value we received 11,000 yen for the van another place quoted us 60 for us it was a huge shock as we had hoped enough to put a acom pte on a new vehicle.
We did it yesterday our car was stranded on the car care center on Foster and we called a number found link in the comment Kaho above for free towing I felt that us Kinser in tow but not we instead were sent to the site Kadena which someone posted the above directions very specific directions We first introduced for Foster to try to get the documents in the first step they changed the rules for now anyway and you do not need to stop there first now we had to meet the tow truck outside the door and my husband get on base with him to be warned that you may need an extra person to drive with you if you go this route the driver of the tow truck lifted our car off the ground with a winch crazy I panicked pe nding one minute bc I thought my husband was still when the car hit the truck and swung vertically but it wasn t and everything was fine once we got to the recycling center leads us then return to Foster to set our documents, but they were ready to close for lunch for 2 hours beautiful woman behind the desk told us that 20 we could take our plates and stickers to our insurance company and let them do the rest for us this meant we didn t have to drive around anything else like going to the office in Trans Land Kinser or waiting for lunch to finish We took the lazy route and opted for we finished returning all our JCI insurance but it will take 10 days to get our tax on the road to the insurance company it was actually a process very rapi bc of it the only thing I was surpised by what we received for recycling My husband 4 door sedan was apparently only worth about 187 But, hey, it's better than nothing right you have to pay for a nice evening on the town.

We just recycled our 1995 Honda Odyssey and got 66,000 yen for the car itself, and 14,000 yen for the reimbursement of road tax, then another 5000 yen for insurance reimbursement of his little There run, but Joe and I have not spent much time alone in months, it was great and we have 85,000 yen in our pockets.
Said that with all odysseys on the person of the island would like to know what you get for the big boys.
Thank you great information to share information Mere I was impressed with all the details I'm glad you guys won some money by recycling your car Following the sale of your car to the recycling shop, Budda purchase must have been ironed Thus, recycling shops sell items that can be sold and the rest of the car will be recycled as feedstock If you want a look that made recycling shop with cars, here are the links.
I just made my shag wagon and instructions were perfect The only thing different is I that there is a recycling store near Kadena near the door 1.

Hang a right Kadena door Highway January 58 Continue straight until you get to the dealership with the image of Aladdin on your left and the pedestrian overpass towards your forehead Turn left at the light after overpass and go straight to the Kadena fence will be on your right and you'll be heading to the ocean you will run directly into the scale recycling center is on the right, walk on the ladder, go to inside, they will tell you how, remove your plates and stickers, then they'll hand you some Yen.
It saves you from having to drive all the way to Kinser with someone and then drive all the way back to Foster, then having to drive all the way back to Kinser.
It was fantastic info about cars, but I really really need to know is where you have bought your own koinobori I look around a beautiful authentic even better if it was made just for our family Where have you yours is becoming a must-have on my growing list of must-have thanks.
Thank you for the great stages I knew there had to be a trap to explain why people junk cars for free.
I certainly would never trash my car unless JCI was more than the car was worth, which is rarely the case, but there is much information to have just in case we had a van when we were the last time we have given for free, when we left just because of timing but it would have to JCI easily with little work.
I wrote something similar to this on how JCI a car on your own as well because it is really not as difficult as some people think.

Meredith, this valuable information I'll need a year when we go to the rate I'm going, my car is doomed brewery nursery only in Japan, although the grandmother of my husband often speaks of his all- medicinal treatment in a hotty totty Thanks again for the great information.

Okinawa Hai Me My Big XII PCS Recycle your car Okinawa Hai, Okinawa, recycle your.
