MotoGP world champion Marc Marquez said new Honda fairing was a factor in the first of two accidents on the opening day of the Qatar test.
Honda became the fourth manufacturer to try a fairing designed to compensate for the abolition of the now banned winglets Friday's opening day in Qatar, with a solution similar to Suzuki's.

Marquez crashed again in round 2 late in the opening night, and had to settle for 12 to 1080 seconds of the pace set by Ducati Andrea Dovizioso on the track which will host the opening of the season in a fortnight.
